Taylor Mills Bakeries Inc. was founded by fourth generation sourdough expert Michael Bulik in partnership with 3 experienced food industry professionals to ensure the highest level of service and quality.

Our mission is to bring Michael’s authentic sourdough bread with it’s unique flavour and health benefits to families across North America through the production of par baked frozen artisan loaves for in-store bakery programs.

We specialize in producing authentic yeast free sourdough bread. Our expertise, gained through 100 years of operating the family bakery, enables us to streamline the baking process to offer breads of artisan quality at efficient Trade pricing.
