At Taylor Mills Bakery we produce a wide variety of breads including four very special sourdough loaves.

These are the same four breads that were produced in the family bakery started by Michael’s Great Grandfather in Poland in 1912. The starter we use today was passed down through three generations. It has been maintained for over 100 years and gives the bread a delicious flavour that cannot be achieved in any other way. The recipes are unchanged because the bread is delicious and delivers healthy nutrition with the minimum number of ingredients.

Our Original Rye has only rye flakes, wheat flour, water and salt plus the starter which contains rye flakes, water and natural bacterial culture. The other varieties add seeds, grains and honey. Simple ingredients, timeless flavour and the healthiest type of bread.
